Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville, IL is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Family Practice team. You will greet patients, assist with registrations, take vitals, and support physicians during exams.

This full-time position requires completion of a Medical Assistant program, CPR certification, and preferably Epic EMR experience. Some travel to other local clinics may be required. Competitive base pay with additional incentives described in the compensation section.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or health sciences courses required.
• Active MA certification through AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA may be required for some specialties.
• CPR certification required or willing to become certified on hire.
• Phlebotomy certification may be completed within 90 days of hire.
• 2 years of MA or related patient-care experience preferred.
• Experience using an EMR (Epic) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, and vital signs.
• Support physicians during examinations, minor procedures, and dressings.
• Administer immunizations or injections as needed by certification.
• Assist with prescriptions, pharmacy callbacks, and chart updates.
• Conduct onsite laboratory tests (EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose, pregnancy tests).
• Maintain clean and welcoming examination rooms.
• Provide excellent customer service aligned with CARE values.
• May travel to assist other local clinics.
