Duly Health and Care is hiring a Medical Assistant for the Family Practice in Woodridge, IL. The role supports physicians, handles basic patient intake, testing, and phlebotomy, with travel to nearby clinics as needed.

The position offers full-time hours (40 per week), competitive pay, and benefits. Certification and EMR experience are strongly preferred, with opportunities for growth within a physician-led network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or higher.
• Active medical assistant certification from one of the listed boards.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain on hire.
• Phlebotomy certification may be required within 90 days of hire.
• Prior MA/CMA/CNA/EMT experience or 2 years in a medical office.
• EMR experience (Epic) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, measuring vital signs and collecting health history.
• Provide support to physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes and other first aid procedures.
• Assist with immunizations or injections when certified.
• Handle prescription requests and pharmacy callbacks; update charting and filing.
• Conduct onsite labs including EKG, pulmonary function tests, blood glucose, and urine pregnancy tests.
• Maintain clean, welcoming examination rooms and deliver excellent customer service.
• Some travel to assist other clinics may be required.
