The Community Health Center of Buffalo, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is actively seeking an experienced Family Planning Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive outpatient care at our modern facility. • Develop personalized family planning strategies based on individual patient needs.
• Educate patients on contraceptive options, including benefits and potential side effects.
• Prescribe medications and contraceptives as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team for holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Adhere to laws and regulations governing family planning services.
