Job summary

Marathon Health seeks a physician to provide patient-centered primary care to employees at our centers under an Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. You’ll deliver care with extended visit times and an emphasis on preventative, value-based medicine.

Our model offers a smaller panel, high-touch service, and a capitated-fee environment designed to improve outcomes, satisfaction, and cost containment for plan sponsors.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of residency with professional experience in 1) Family Practice or 2) Internal Medicine + Pediatric.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required; DEA preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
• Per state regulations, may be required to have a dispensing license

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers.
• Work within Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care and capitated-fee model.
• Offer longer appointment times (30–60 minutes) to enhance care and patient satisfaction.
