This Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model offers a smaller panel where you spend 30-60 minutes with each patient, enabling high-touch, preventive care and meaningful patient relationships.

The compensation includes a non-production-based package with comprehensive benefits, and the offer may vary by location and experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency with professional experience in 1) Family Practice or 2) Internal Medicine + Pediatric.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required; DEA preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date. Per state regulations, may be required to have a dispensing license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care.
• Work within a preventive, high-quality care model with a focus on improving health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with care team and interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure comprehensive, state-of-the-art care.
