Job summary

Marathon Health in Kalamazoo, MI seeks a Board-certified/eligible physician in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics to join our Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care team. You will deliver patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers with a smaller panel and longer visits, emphasizing preventive care.

The role offers a competitive salary between $230,000 and $280,000 per year, annual incentives, comprehensive benefits, and an insurance-free practice

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required.
• Active state license required; DEA preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
• Per state regulations, may be required to have a dispensing license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers.
• Collaborate with APPs and the care team to deliver high-quality preventive and chronic care.
• Maintain electronic medical records and participate in ongoing learning and team meetings.
