Marathon Health is seeking a physician to provide patient-centered primary care to employees at our centers in Topeka, KS. This role operates within an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model emphasizing quality, access, and high-touch care.

Ideal candidates hold board certification or eligibility, with residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics, and active state licensure including CPR/BLS. DEA and dispensing licenses may be required per state regulations.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited medical school with residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility and active state medical license; CPR/BLS at start date.
• DEA license preferred; dispensing license may be required per state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers.
• Work within Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model with a capitation-based approach.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver high-touch, high-quality care.
• Participate in continuing education and team meetings.
