Marathon Health is seeking a physician to provide patient-centered primary care for employees at assigned centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. This role emphasizes a smaller patient panel and extended visit times, with no financial risk to the provider.

The position offers a non-production-based compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including CME, license, and malpractice coverage, plus ongoing learning through journal clubs and grand rounds.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility and an active state license; DEA preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
• Per state regulations, may be required to have a dispensing license.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers.
• Deliver care within Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model.
• Spend 30-60 minutes with patients and collaborate with the care team.
