Job summary

Marathon Health is actively seeking a physician to deliver patient-centered primary care at Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care centers for employees and their families. You will work in a smaller panel with flexible appointment times, enabling thorough preventive care and personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in 1) Family Practice or 2) Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required; DEA preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date; may be dispensing license per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model.
• Spend ample time with patients in a smaller panel to focus on prevention, wellness, and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with care team including Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical quality and patient experience.
