Job summary

Marathon Health, a leading advanced primary care provider, seeks a physician to join Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care teams across Kansas. You will deliver patient-centered primary care to employees, focusing on prevention, chronic disease management, and high-quality service within a capitated-fee model.

Applicants should have residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with pediatric exposure, be Board-certified or eligible, hold an active state license, and be CPR/BLS certified.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required; DEA preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date; may require dispensing license by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers.
• Deliver care within Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care with 30–60 minute visits.
• Collaborate with care team to improve health outcomes and patient experience.
