Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a physician to deliver patient-centered primary care for employees through our Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. You will manage a smaller panel with extended visit times and focus on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.

You will work within a collaborative team, utilizing electronic medical records to coordinate care, and participate in ongoing learning opportunities including journal clubs and grand rounds.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from accredited medical school
• Residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics
• Board certification or eligibility required; active state license; CPR/BLS preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers.
• Deliver high-quality care within a Direct Primary Care model with long visit times.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure proactive prevention and chronic disease management.
