Job summary

Marathon Health is hiring a Family & Occupational Medicine Physician to provide patient-centered primary care at assigned Marathon Health Centers in Arizona. You will practice in an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model with a smaller patient panel and extended visit times.

Qualified candidates have a medical degree, completed residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with Pediatrics, and state licensure. Competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and residency in family practice or internal medicine with pediatrics.
• Active state medical license and board certification or eligibility.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date; DEA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at Marathon Health Centers.
• Deliver care within an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model.
• Collaborate with a team including APPs to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Participate in continuous learning, journal clubs and grand rounds.
