Santé is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Peer Support Specialist to join our frontline Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS) team. In this role, you will work as part of a two‑person response team alongside a clinician to provide immediate crisis stabilization services to youth and their caregivers within the community.
This position plays a critical role in supporting families during behavioral health crises, helping to de‑escalate situations, and ensuring continuity of care through collaboration with community partners.
