You will help families cope, understand recovery, and promote resiliency, engaging them during crises and connecting them with needed services.

The role emphasizes sharing personal recovery experience and working within a collaborative treatment team. A comprehensive benefits package is offered to staff across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to share personal recovery experience.
• Must have experience raising/supporting child/dependent youth/young adult and cared for a family member with a serious mental health disorder.

Responsibilities

• Assist families cope effectively with family members experiencing a serious mental health disorder.
• Engage families during crises and connect them with needed support and services.
• Work within a team concept to deliver compassionate, family-centered care.
