Valley-Wide Health Systems, Inc. seeks a compassionate Peer Support Specialist in Colorado to empower individuals through shared recovery experiences and mentorship.

You will educate families, help clients access resources, and maintain a supportive, trauma-informed environment across our service sites. Lived experience in recovery is valued; a preemployment drug screen and background check are required.

Competenze

• Peer support experience or lived experience in recovery is preferred.
• Customer service skills and ability to engage respectfully with participants.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using standard software and hardware.

• Provide peer support services to individuals on recovery journeys.
• Educate families and support networks about recovery resources and supports.
• Assist individuals in navigating community resources and services.
• Document participation and interactions in peer activities.
