Red Rock Behavioral Health Services in Chickasha, OK is seeking a Family Peer Level I to support children enrolled in the Health Team. You will act as organizer, advocate, and guide to help families assess needs and navigate treatment services.

The role emphasizes using informal community supports as a primary strategy to assist health home enrollees and families. You will liaise with DHS, courts, hospitals, and schools, and participate in group activities while supporting care plan

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Lived experience as a caregiver of a child, youth, or young adult with mental health or behavioral health challenges.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Valid Oklahoma Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between DHS, courts, hospitals, schools and other agencies.
• Facilitate linkage to services and organize family supports.
• Transport families to locations and participate in group activities.
• Attend required meetings and document activities timely.
