Job summary

Midwest Express Clinic is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to serve as a clinical leader across multiple Chicago-area locations. You will deliver evidence-based care across the lifespan, collaborating with Medical Assistants, radiologic technologists, and physicians to ensure efficient, high-quality service in a fast-paced urgent/primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited NP program.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois and/or Indiana.
• Ability to treat patients across the lifespan.
• Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care to patients of all ages in urgent/primary care settings.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, leadership and physicians.
• Deliver high-quality patient experiences with compassionate care.
• Document accurately in the Electronic Medical Record.
