Job summary

Midwest Express Clinic is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Chicago South Side locations. You will provide evidence-based care, lead clinical operations, and partner with medical assistants, radiologic technologists, and physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Applicants should hold a Master’s or Doctorate in a Nurse Practitioner program and an active FNP license in IL or IN, with the ability to treat patients across the lifespan.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in NP program required.
• Active IL and/or IN Family Nurse Practitioner license.
• Ability to treat patients across the lifespan.
• Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across ages with acute illnesses and injuries.
• Deliver evidence-based care and collaborate with MAs, radiologic technologists, and physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and ensure patient safety.
