A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated Family Nurse Practitioner for primary care and urgent care in Fishers, Indiana. This on-site role involves patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing health counseling within a retail/clinic setting.

Responsibilities include exams, ordering tests, coordinating care with clinicians, and educating patients on preventive care. This is a contract assignment with potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance and business

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana (or eligible)
• FNP board certification or active family practice/urgent care NP certification
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required

Responsabilités

• Provide primary and family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition management, and disposition planning
• Perform routine examinations and support positive patient health outcomes
• Order/complete diagnostic tests and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, wellness services, screenings, and preventive care
• Complete clinic operational/administrative duties (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, maintaining a clean environment)
• Work collaboratively with a clinical care team and support consistent care delivery across assigned coverage locations

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Urgent Care).

Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Urgent Care) | Details and Compensation:

Location: Fishers, Indiana 46037 – 100% on-site / patient-facing

Payrate: $74.87/hr

Required Availability: Monday–Friday availability between 8:30 AM–7:30 PM | Saturday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM | Sunday 9:00 AM–4:30 PM

Weekend/holiday rotation (typically 3 out of every 6 weekends, plus possible holidays)

On-call rotation may be required

Occasional travel/float coverage may be needed

Weekly hours may vary between full-time/part-time

Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Urgent Care) | Summary and Highlights:

The Family Nurse Practitioner provides evidence-based primary and family care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling in a retail/clinic setting. This role manages patient visits and follow-ups, completes diagnostic testing as needed, and supports clinic operations to help deliver high-quality outcomes for a patient panel.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care / Urgent Care) | Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Licensure/Certifications: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment (in good standing)
• National Board Certification (FNP program)
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Experience: 1+ year of recent NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care (required)
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work autonomously
• Comfortable using electronic medical systems (EMS/EMR)
