Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) sought in Easley, SC to join a nationally recognized healthcare organization. Compensation includes $74.87 per hour with a 38/27 rotation, every other weekend and holiday rotation. DEA may be required; BLS certification required; travel minimal.

Formación

• Active FNP license in the state of employment.
• At least 1 year of NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
• Current BLS certification through AHA or ARC.
• Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills.
• Experience with chronic disease management and quality measures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced clinic.
• EMR system proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care with assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Evaluate and treat common illnesses, injuries, and ongoing health conditions.
• Conduct routine physical examinations, health screenings, and diagnostic testing.
• Provide patient education on preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and chronic disease management.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within electronic medical record systems.
• Support patient follow-up, appointment management, and other clinic administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
• Work independently while collaborating with the clinical care team to deliver quality patient care.
