Proactive MD seeks an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to deliver comprehensive primary care at our onsite Florence, SC health center. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–5:00pm), no weekends, and a 40-hour workweek in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You'll provide preventive, acute, and chronic care to adult and pediatric patients (2+) and work with an on-site clinical team to support employee health.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
• FNP certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family practice/primary care.
• Current RN license and NP license in state of practice.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Prescriptive authority under state/federal laws.
• Experience with EMR; Athenahealth preferred.
• Strong computer skills and workflow-management abilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical quality standards.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and pediatric (2+) patients at an employer-sponsored health center.
• Perform preventive, acute, and chronic care visits.
• Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and medical histories.
• Diagnose and treat common conditions; develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide health education and wellness counseling.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics; prescribe medications.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Document encounters in EMR; maintain HIPAA compliance.
