Qualifications

• Eligible to practice in the state; comfortable with ambulatory primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients aged 18 months and older.
• Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret tests per licensure and guidelines.
• Deliver preventive care, vaccinations, screenings, and women's health services.
• Document encounters in EPIC EHR and collaborate with the care team.
