NP Now, LLC in Asheville, NC seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for full‑time primary care. The role focuses on chronic disease management, acute and urgent care, with procedures such as I&D and laceration repairs, seeing 18–20 patients daily.

We offer $102,000–$125,000 annually, a quarterly bonus, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, and 40 CME hours paid off annually, plus 11 holidays and 2 floating holidays.

Formación

• 1+ year of primary care experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA.
• Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Current state license in North Carolina.
• DEA certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists.
• Perform urgent care procedures and triage acute medical needs.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient‑centered care programs.
