Job summary

One Medical, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) to join the Aldrich Street Mueller clinic. You will manage a patient panel with diverse needs, conduct acute and chronic visits, and participate in tele-health as needed.

In-office rounds and collaboration with clinical teams are central to the role, with opportunities to perform in-office procedures. Texas license must be active by start date; 2 years outpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in outpatient primary care with 1 year in urgent care/fellowship.
• Texas license required by start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers as well as occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
