Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking a qualified Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) for a full-time primary care role. You will manage a patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and preventive visits, and collaborate with in-office and telehealth teams to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements include completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification, Texas license by start date, and at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care.
• Texas license obtained by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
