Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (FNP/PA) in the Austin, TX area to manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive visits. You will treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health, collaborating with in-person and virtual teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care.

The ideal candidate is Texas-licensed, with 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience (0+ age range with multiple pathways).

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages, OR 1 year plus a fellowship or urgent care experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning activities.
