Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner based in Austin, TX. You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute and chronic visits, and perform in-office procedures as part of a collaborative care team. Tele-health visits and in-office rounds support continuous learning.

Requirements include completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification and Texas licensure by start date. The team emphasizes human-centered care and innovation in delivery.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• 2 years outpatient primary care OR 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care with patients of all ages.
• Texas license required by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Ongoing weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
