Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking a qualified Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) to join our primary care team. You will manage a diverse patient panel, see acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborate with in-person and virtual care teams.

Requirements include completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification, TX licensure by start date, and 2 years outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care).

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year with either a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• State license in Texas obtained by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Using your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
