Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for primary care in Columbia, SC. This full-time role offers 3–4 days per week with rotating weekends and daytime shifts.

The compensation ranges from $75.00 to $78.00 per hour, with benefits available to full-time staff and a 401(k) with company match. The position emphasizes evidence-based care, patient education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active FNP license in the United States.
• 1+ years of primary care, urgent care, ER, internal or family medicine experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records, preferably EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence‑based primary care to patients 18 months and older.
• Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret tests per licensure and guidelines.
• Manage common conditions (infections, UTIs, dermatology, allergies, injuries).
• Deliver preventive care including vaccinations and screenings.
• Conduct women’s health evaluations and refer to OB/GYN as needed.
• Monitor chronic diseases and educate patients on disease management.
• Document encounters in EPIC and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams for continuity of care.
