Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for primary care in Rhode Island. This is a full-time position with 3-4 days per week and every other weekend, Monday through Friday 8:30am–7:30pm, Saturday 9:00am–5:30pm, Sunday 9:00am–4:30pm.

Compensation ranges from $75.00 to $78.00 per hour. Benefits are available to full-time employees, including a 401(k) with company match. Responsibilities include exams, diagnoses, treatment planning, orders, and patient education.

Qualifications

• FNP License with 1+ years of primary care, urgent care, ER, internal/family medicine or hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients 18 months and older in a primary care setting.
• Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic conditions; develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests per licensure and guidelines.
• Deliver preventive care, vaccinations, screenings, and routine physicals.
• Document encounters in EPIC EMR; ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care.
