Job summary

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care in Bluffton, SC for a full-time role. Schedule: 3-4 days per week with every other weekend; Monday–Friday 8:30am–7:30pm; Saturday 9am–5:30pm; Sunday 9am–4:30pm. Compensation ranges from $75.00 to $78.00 per hour.

Qualifications

FNP license and 1+ year of primary care or urgent care experience.
Ability to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Experience with EPIC or similar EMR systems.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months and older.
Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests per licensure and guidelines.
Manage respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries.
Deliver preventive care such as vaccinations and health screenings.
Conduct women’s health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening.
Monitor and manage chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
Educate patients on disease management, medications, and preventive health strategies.
Document all patient encounters in EPIC and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care.
