Job summary

A-Line Staffing is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for Primary Care in Missouri. This full-time role involves 3–4 days per week with alternating weekends and shifts from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm on weekdays, plus weekend coverage.

Compensation ranges $75.00–$78.00 per hour. Benefits and 401(k) with company match are available for full-time staff. EPIC EMR is used for patient documentation.

Qualifications

• FNP license with 1+ year experience in primary/urgent care or related settings.
• Experience in hospital, ER, or internal medicine is a plus.
• Strong patient communication and care coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for ages 18 months and up.
• Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and create treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret tests per state guidelines.
• Manage chronic diseases and deliver preventive care like vaccinations.
• Conduct women’s health exams and refer to OB/GYN as needed.
• Document encounters in EPIC and collaborate with the care team.
