Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for primary care in Georgia. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 3-4 days per week and alternating weekends, typically Monday to Friday 8:30am-7:30pm, Saturday 9am-5:30pm, Sunday 9am-4:30pm.

You will provide comprehensive care for patients 18 months and older, perform assessments, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications in line with state guidelines and EPIC EMR usage.

Qualifications

• FNP license and 1+ year of experience in primary care or related settings.
• Experience in urgent care, ER, internal medicine or hospital preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR and clinical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients 18 months and older.
• Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret tests per state licensure.
• Manage common conditions and deliver preventive care including vaccines.
• Document encounters in EPIC and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to ensure continuity of care.
