Low T Center is seeking a provider to join our growing team in Colorado. You will deliver personalized hormone replacement therapy and wellness services, build lasting relationships with patients, and collaborate with a dedicated clinic team.

The role emphasizes patient communication, clinical judgment, and a patient-first mindset. We offer paid training and a schedule that includes Saturday coverage; licenses and credentialing are required.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado NP or PA license in good standing with no disciplinary actions
• Active DEA registration in Colorado with Colorado CSR already established— required
• Ability to complete 10 consecutive training days, Monday through Friday, following clinical hours
• Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish rapport and build lasting patient relationships
• Ability to explain medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans clearly
• Strong teamwork and patient-first mindset

What You'll Do

Our providers work closely with the Physician Medical Director and Center Director to deliver personalized care to patients receiving hormone replacement therapy and wellness services.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Paid Training

We'll help set you up for success.

All new providers receive two full weeks of paid training designed to provide the knowledge, tools, and support needed to become confident in the role.

Saturday Availability

Our clinics are open on Saturdays, and providers are required to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month.

In months with five Saturdays, providers are required to work three Saturdays.

Clinic Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

Clinic closed daily from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for lunch.

Credentialing & License Verification

As part of our screening process, our Credentialing Department will verify applicable professional licenses, DEA information, and NPI/taxonomy information.

Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to complete the credentialing process. Licenses and credentials must be active, in good standing, and within the provider's scope of practice.
