Low T Center is seeking a Full-Time, 4-Day Float Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA) in Oklahoma. You will deliver hormone therapy, weight management, and wellness care while coordinating with clinic leadership.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, a collaborative environment, and a stable 4-day schedule with paid training. Licensing and credentialing will be verified during hiring.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete 2 weeks of paid training (Mon–Fri during clinic hours)

Full-Time 4-Day Float Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA)

Low T Center, a leader in hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness, is seeking a Full-Time, 4-Day Float Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA) to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Provide hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and wellness care
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage follow-up care and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients on treatment protocols, wellness, and lifestyle optimization
• Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic team
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
• Provide coverage and support across assigned clinic locations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Active Oklahoma NP or PA license in good standing and unencumbered
• Current DEA license
• Current OBNDD license
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• A positive, team-oriented approach
• Availability to complete 2 weeks (10 consecutive business days) of paid training, Monday–Friday during clinic hours

Schedule

32 clinical hours per week | 4-Day Schedule

Clinical Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Clinic Hours:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Credentialing & License Verification
