Job summary

SynergenX Health in Westminster, CO seeks a Mid-Level Provider (PA/NP) to join as Assistant Clinic Director. You will provide hands-on patient care and lead clinic operations with the Clinic Director and Medical Director to build a positive, patient-focused environment.

The role requires Colorado licensure, DEA registration, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and availability for two Saturdays per month.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse in Colorado.
  • Current DEA registration.
  • At least 1 year of clinical practice experience.
  • Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Availability to work during clinic hours and 2 Saturdays per month.
  • Ability to provide occasional coverage at Greenwood Village clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care using established treatment protocols.
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Help patients understand their treatment options and wellness goals.
  • Support hormone replacement and targeted wellness services.
  • Support wellness programs at select locations.

We're looking for a Mid-Level Provider (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to join our Westminster clinic as an Assistant Clinic Director (ACD).

This role is about more than clinical expertise. We're looking for someone who is approachable, positive, accountable, adaptable, and excited to help create a great experience for both patients and teammates.

About The Role

As an Assistant Clinic Director, you'll combine hands-on patient care with day-to-day clinic leadership.

You will:
  • Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Help patients understand their treatment options and wellness goals
  • Support hormone replacement and targeted wellness services
  • Support wellness programs including sleep apnea management, weight management, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetic services at select locations
  • Partner with the Clinic Director and Physician Medical Director
  • Collaborate with operations and management teams
  • Provide light supervisory support to clinic staff
  • Help create a positive, productive, patient-focused environment
  • Provide occasional coverage at our Greenwood Village clinic when needed for Clinic Director coverage

Minimum Qualifications
  • Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse in Colorado
  • Current DEA registration
  • At least 1 year of clinical practice experience

  • Availability to work during clinic hours
  • Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month
  • Ability to provide occasional coverage at the Greenwood Village clinic as needed
Clinic Hours
  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

2 Saturdays Per Month Required.

Average schedule: 40-41 hours per week.

Paid Training

We provide two consecutive weeks of paid training - 10 business days, Monday through Friday.

You'll receive the training, tools, and support needed to become confident in both the clinical and leadership aspects of the role.

Credentialing & License Verification
