Job summary

Low T Center in Hot Springs is seeking a Mid-Level Provider to work with a Medical Director and Center Director to deliver personalized care and create an exceptional patient experience.

You will support patients with hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea management, and hypertension management, while building lasting relationships on their wellness journey.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary restrictions.
• Current DEA license required.
• Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients.
• Comfortable using technology and supporting clinic operations.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to the Little Rock location.
• Availability to complete 10 consecutive days of Monday–Friday training.
• Availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month, with extra Saturdays in five-Saturday months.

About The Role

• Low libido and related wellness concerns

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Arkansas NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary restrictions

• Ability to explain medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans clearly

• Availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month
  • In months with five Saturdays, three Saturdays are required

We provide two full weeks of paid training.

Our training is designed to give you the knowledge, tools, and support you need to feel confident and successful in your new role.
