The Neighborhood Clinic in Carson City, Nevada is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. You will provide primary care across all ages in a community-focused setting.

You will perform exams, manage chronic conditions, order tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients while documenting in our EHR. We foster collaboration in a fast-paced clinic and value accessible, high-quality care for Northern Nevada residents.

Qualifications

• FNP certification from AANP or ANCC.
• Active NV RN and APRN licensure.
• MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.
• Strong interpersonal and patient-centered communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, exams, and health screenings.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses with individualized care plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per guidelines.
• Educate patients and families on prevention and wellness.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation.
