The Neighborhood Clinic in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care across all ages in a community-focused clinic.

You will perform comprehensive exams, wellness visits, diagnose illnesses, order tests, prescribe therapies, and ensure accurate EHR documentation while collaborating with physicians.

Qualifications

• FNP certification from a nationally recognized body (AANP or ANCC) is required.
• TX RN/APRN licensure or ability to obtain prior to start.
• DEA registration in the state of Texas.
• 1+ year of experience in primary care or family medicine preferred.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Conduct physical examinations, health assessments, and wellness visits.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses; develop and manage treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per state regulations.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and healthy lifestyles.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.

• Conduct thorough physical examinations, health assessments, and wellness visits
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including developing and managing individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Nevada state regulations
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

Requirements

• Current, valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification from AANP or ANCC
• Active TX state RN and APRN licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Master's degree or higher in Nursing (MSN, DNP) from an accredited program
• DEA registration in the state of Texas
• 1+ years of experience in a primary care, family medicine, or community health setting preferred
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
