The Neighborhood Clinic in Carson City, Nevada is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. You will provide primary care across all ages in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• FNP certification from AANP or ANCC.
• Active NV RN and APRN licensure.
• MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.
• Strong interpersonal and patient-centered communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including developing and managing individualized care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with evidence-based guidelines
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and health management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

Requirements

• Current, valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification from AANP or ANCC
• Active NV RN and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or a related clinical setting preferred
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
