Titan Placement Group is recruiting a Family Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient role in Lynchburg, Virginia. The position focuses on adults and children five and older, with clinical autonomy and collaborative support from a care team.

Shifts offer flexibility (three 12-hour or four 10-hour options) and no on-call duties. Expect a 100% outpatient setting with a strong emphasis on autonomy and patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Board-certified FNP with ability to treat adults and children five and up
• Active Virginia NP license or eligibility
• Outpatient primary care with clinical autonomy and collaborative care
• Experience managing acute and chronic conditions; strong clinical judgment
• No routine well-child visits as part of the role

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Lynchburg, Virginia

We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while serving an underserved community.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on treating adults and sick children ages five and older. You’ll manage acute and chronic conditions with clinical autonomy and support from a collaborative healthcare team. No routine well-child visits are required.
