Job summary

Lexington Family Practice in Lexington, TN is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, in a collaborative clinical team.

You will perform exams, diagnose conditions, order tests, prescribe medications, educate patients, and maintain documentation in the EHR, with a balanced schedule featuring no weekend hours and a half-day each Friday.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited NP program.
• Board certification (FNP-C or FNP-BC) required to see patients of all ages.
• Active DEA license and BLS certification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to a team‑oriented clinic culture.

Responsibilities
