Job summary

DirectShifts in Nebraska seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered team. You will provide primary care including wellness, chronic disease management, and occupational health services to patients 2 years and older in a relationship-based practice.

Schedule includes Mon/Wed 7am-4:30pm, Tue 6am-2:30pm, Thur 9am-6pm, Fri 7am-3:30pm, with focus on prevention and health education. DirectShifts values compassionate, community-focused care.

Qualifications

• Active license & current board certification required
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date
• Independent family practice experience preferred

The provider will practice relationship-based medicine at the top of their license. You offer wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, health education and occupational health services to your patients. Success is measured by health outcomes, not patient volumes.

• Fewer administrative and insurance-related task
• More time with your patients: appointments range from 20 to 60 minutes
• Family Medicine (ages and specialty vary by health center) Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred

• Must be comfortable seeing ages 2+

Minimum Job Requirements for Nurse Practitioner:

• Active license & current board certification required
