Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited NP program.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois and/or Indiana.
• Ability to treat patients across the lifespan.
• Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages with acute illnesses and injuries.
• Lead clinic operations alongside Medical Assistants and physicians to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
• Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests including labs and imaging.
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice and document meticulously.
