Job summary

PDS Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Associate Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner APRN to join its primary care team. The role focuses on comprehensive, whole-body care, bridging medical and dental collaboration and delivering preventative care with autonomy.

Candidates should hold a Master’s in Nursing, Nevada APRN license, board certification (AANP/ANCC), and DEA license. BLS/ACLS, 1–2 years of clinical experience, and EPIC EHR proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Nevada nursing license and APRN licensure.
• DEA licensure or ability to obtain.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience.

The Associate Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner APRN will be working in primary care, integrated, comprehensive medical clinics bridging the gap between patients’ systemic and oral healthcare clinical teams, while furthering the mission of bringing preventative care to the forefront in the minds of patients and healthcare providers alike. We are closely located to and partner with successful long-standing dental practices to elevate our patient’s ability to seek the highest level of comprehensive whole-body health and to empower them to take control of their health more so than ever before.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited University
• Current Nursing licensure in the State of Nevada
• AANP or ANCC national certification as Family Nurse Practitioner
• DEA licensure or obtain to obtain DEA Licensure
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience
• A strong sense of ethics and the ability to act with integrity
• A willingness to be coached and trained by clinicians and supervising physicians
• A hunger to achieve financial success and independence
• A passion for focusing upon prevention and whole-body care to take patient care to another level

Preferred

• Experience in a fully digitized office supporting one or more of the following{{:}} Genetic Testing, Blood Testing, Oral Pathology Screening, EKG, Ultrasound Technology, IV Infusion Therapies.
• Experience partnering with clinical care teams, including physicians, other APRNs, specialists, medical assistants/scribes to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
• Proficiency working in EPIC EHR.

• Displays independent judgment by willingness to make timely and accurate decisions based on available information that is sometimes vague or limited in nature.
