Job summary

PDS Health seeks an Associate APRN in primary care to provide comprehensive, whole‑body care within a collaborative team. You will spend quality time with patients, enjoy clinical autonomy, and continue professional growth through mentorship and partnerships with physicians and clinicians.

Responsibilities include delivering preventative care, educating patients, and using modern testing and digital tools to optimize outcomes. A Nevada license plus FNP certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a master’s degree in nursing from an accredited university.
• Active nursing license in the State of Nevada.
• AANP or ANCC Family Nurse Practitioner certification.
• DEA licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience.
• Strong ethics and integrity.
• Willingness to be coached by clinicians and supervising physicians.
• Passion for prevention and whole‑body care.

The Associate Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner APRN will be working in primary care, integrated, comprehensive medical clinics bridging the gap between patients’ systemic and oral healthcare clinical teams, while furthering the mission of bringing preventative care to the forefront in the minds of patients and healthcare providers alike. We are closely located to and partner with successful long‑standing dental practices to elevate our patient’s ability to seek the highest level of comprehensive whole‑body health and to empower them to take control of their health more so than ever before.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited University
• Current Nursing licensure in the State of Nevada
• AANP or ANCC national certification as Family Nurse Practitioner
• DEA licensure or obtain to obtain DEA Licensure
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience
• A strong sense of ethics and the ability to act with integrity
• A willingness to be coached and trained by clinicians and supervising physicians
• A hunger to achieve financial success and independence
• A passion for focusing upon prevention and whole-body care to take patient care to another level

Preferred

• Experience in a fully digitized office supporting one or more of the following: Genetic Testing, Blood Testing, Oral Pathology Screening, EKG, Ultrasound Technology, IV Infusion Therapies.
• Experience partnering with clinical care teams, including physicians, other APRNs, specialists, medical assistants/scribes to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
• Proficiency working in EPIC EHR.
