Job summary

PDS Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a clinician to join integrated primary care clinics that bridge systemic and oral health.

You will practice a comprehensive, preventative, whole-body approach with clinical autonomy and mentorship, using the latest testing and EPIC EHR to support patient education and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited ARC-PA program.
  • Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the State of Nevada.
  • Current NCCPA certification.
  • Current DEA licensure or able to obtain licensure
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification
  • Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience
  • A strong sense of ethics and the ability to act with integrity
  • Willingness to be coached and trained by clinicians and supervising physicians
  • A hunger to achieve financial success and independence
  • A passion for focusing upon prevention and whole-body care to take patient care to another level

Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited ARC-PA program.

Preferred
  • Experience in a fully digitized office supporting one or more of the following: Genetic Testing, Blood Testing, Oral Pathology Screening, EKG, Ultrasound Technology, IV Infusion Therapies.
  • Experience partnering with clinical care teams, including physicians, other PAs and APRNs, specialists, medical assistants/scribes to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
  • Proficiency working in EPIC EHR.

  • Knowledge of clinical charting/medical decision-making documentation, adherence to clinical standards of care, medical plans, fees, general plan design, administrative guidelines, limitations and exclusions, reporting and metrics systems, business correspondence and business reporting techniques, and business principles of profit and loss statements.
  • Displays independent judgment by willingness to make timely and accurate decisions based on available information that is sometimes vague or limited in nature.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, without compromising quality of work.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
