Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking a Family Practice Residency Coordinator with a strong understanding of Graduate Medical Education, residency program operations, and physician training to support our Family Medicine Residency continuity clinic.

The role works closely with residents, faculty, clinical teams, GME leadership, and organizational leadership to coordinate scheduling, maintain accreditation requirements, support resident education, and help ensure an efficient training

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of healthcare administration or program coordination experience.
• Deep understanding of Graduate Medical Education and residency training structure.
• Experience with residency program operations, accreditation, and ACGME standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage continuity clinic schedules for Family Medicine residents across training levels.
• Coordinate clinic sessions with rotation and call schedules and ACGME requirements.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between resident clinic responsibilities and rotations.
• Support clinic workflow, patient access, and continuity of care.
• Track resident clinic sessions, patient panels, and continuity metrics.
• Maintain documentation to support ACGME residency requirements.
• Assist with program evaluations and Clinical Competency Committee activities.
• Support quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.
