Geisinger Selinsgrove in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, is seeking a patient-focused Family Medicine and/or Med-Peds physician to join our value-based care model, delivering high-quality, coordinated care.

This 100% outpatient role offers a 40-hour week with 36 patient contact hours and 4 admin hours, with a shared call rotation and opportunities to participate in medical education and population health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Practice full-spectrum care for all ages with 20- and 40-minute appointments.
• Collaborative care model with APP panel sharing (APP supervision required).
• Shared call and weekend rotation among providers.
• Utilize Epic EMR and Abridge ambient voice dictation.

Job Duties

Practice Overview and Schedule 100% outpatient practice 40-hour work week, including: 36 patient contact hours 4 administrative hours Clinic hours (subject to change): Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday and Thursday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM One evening shift per week required Shared call and weekend rotation required (rotated among providers – subject to change)

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation – salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience Recruitment incentives up to $250,000, including residency/fellowship stipend (not applicable for internal, lateral transfers) Continuing medical education – 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds Paid relocation (not applicable for internal, lateral transfers) Retirement plans - 401k, 403(b), and 457(b) Medical malpractice with lifetime tail coverage Academic involvement with medical students and residents
