Job summary

Geisinger in Benton Township, PA, is seeking physicians for a 100% outpatient role with a 40-hour work week. You will see patients in 20- to 40-minute slots, participate in a collaborative care model with APP supervision, and share in evening, call and weekend rotations.

Clinical duties include full-spectrum care for all ages using an Epic EMR, with on-site support and resources such as UpToDate and CME funds.

Practice Overview and Schedule

• 100% outpatient practice
• 40-hour work week, including:
  • 36 patient contact hours
  • 4 administrative hours
• Clinic hours (subject to change):
  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• One evening shift per week required
• Shared call and weekend rotation required (rotated among providers - subject to change)

Patient Care and Clinical Expectations

• Practice full-spectrum care for all ages

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation - salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience
• Recruitment incentives up to $250,000, including residency/fellowship stipend (not applicable for internal, lateral transfers)
• Continuing medical education- 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds
